Aside from changing your diet, another good way to treat arthritis is to exercise regularly to ensure that the muscles surrounding your bones and joints are in good condition. When arthritis pain attacks, you can exercise to get relief from the pain.

 Good nutrition by avoiding arthritis food and regular exercise will help reduce the possibility of having arthritis.

 Dairy products contribute a great deal in arthritis attacks so this should be the first group to go from your grocery list. For better body adjustment, you can try eliminating one food group at a time until all kinds of arthritis food are gone and you can start enjoying an arthritis-free life!
