What Not to Do:
Never try to cut your diet by keeping yourself hungry for most of the time. Try to give variation in your meal and eat in small portions. Do not keep yourself hungry, as it may work opposite, because, if you start eating meal when you are extremely hungry, then you are likely to eat more and this will lead to a greater number of calorie intakes, than you actually require.
Stop drinking all type of artificially sweetened drinks.
