 The trend of getting skinny has involved many of us in the process of selecting weight loss programs, as many of us wants to reduce extra fats from the body.

 However, this is not easy to go through. Many of us depend upon the dieting pills as we find it easy, but there are certain side effects of such type of treatment. The best way to get rid of extra fats is the natural way of controlling diet and doing exercise.

 You can reduce weight through a good diet plan with reasonable goals to achieve. Nevertheless, many of us get the wrong impression about the concept of diet plan and try to cut their diet, which can be bad for health.

 Hence, here are following rules, which one must keep in mind while working on a diet plan:

 What to Do:

 Water is good for every one, either following a diet plan or not. Therefore, you should drink a lot of water, as it keeps your body fit and healthy by flushing the toxic material and helps you to avoid dehydration. Besides, if you make a habit of drinking water before and between the meals, it will reduce your appetite and you will eat less.

 Try to know about the calories present in the food by reading food journals, as it will help you to avoid eating the food with plenty of calories and you will find it easy to make your diet plan.

 Plan your breakfast, as it will provide you with the energy for rest of the day. Make a habit of eating vegetables and fruits in your breakfast as it will provide you all the required nutrition and will help you reduce weight.

 What Not to Do:

 Never try to cut your diet by keeping yourself hungry for most of the time. Try to give variation in your meal and eat in small portions. Do not keep yourself hungry, as it may work opposite, because, if you start eating meal when you are extremely hungry, then you are likely to eat more and this will lead to a greater number of calorie intakes, than you actually require.

 Stop drinking all type of artificially sweetened drinks.

 Never overestimate your goals and always set reasonable goals.

      It is true that most of us spend nearly 75 to 80 percent of the time we are awake at the workplace. As such, the probability of a love blossoming out in a person’s heart is more in the workplace, especially among the co-workers most of the time. 

      There is a subtle difference between love and special attention shown over you by your co-worker, and you may mistake one for the other. In order to avoid such mistakes, read the following to find out whether your co-worker is in love with you.

      If your co-worker frequently moves around your workplace or desk where you work without any specific reason to do so, then it may be that he or she is in love with you. If you happen to accidentally look at him or her and find that he or she is ogling or looking at you , then it may be that he or she is in love with you.

      Assume that you and your co-worker live in two different parts of the city. In such a case, if your co-worker offers to provide you with a lift to your house, then it might be that he or she is in love with you and does not mind travelling that extra distance for you.

      In a meeting or a group, if your co-worker sits or stands next to you always, then it is a hint that he or she is in love with you.

      If your co-worker remembers all the special events such as your birthday or something like your favorite dish or favorite color,  then it is a sign that she or he is interested in you.

      If you are flirting with some other person, then he or she will be jealous over you and tries to flirt with you in an attempt to attract you towards him or her. Then it is a sign that he or she is in love with you.

      When you happen to address a group in which he or she is present, then he/she will be paying more attention to what you say and how you say it. If he or she is addressing the group in which you are a part, then she or he might be looking more at you only while talking.

      When confronted with a problem, if he or she comes first to offer assistance and lend a helping hand, then you can presume that he or she cares for you and is in love with you.

      If you find any of these activities in your co-worker, then do not discard those things. Either accept the love or if not interested, inform the co-worker so that he or she will not be disappointed at a later date.

 Diabetic patients should first of all take the advice of a physician before opting for any kind of dietary plan. This is because diabetics need to carefully monitor their sugar levels.   

 When there is insufficient production of insulin, you become a diabetic. Insulin is important to carry sugar for providing energy to cells in your body from the blood to the cells.

 For those suffering from Diabetes of Type 2, controlling weight can help keep glucose under check. But then, to begin with, identifying a good diabetic diet is a difficult task.

 First of all change your present habits. Exercising regularly to ensure you have a good fitness level is a must.  Supplement the exercising with a good diet. Here are a few suggestions for helping you with a good diet.

 â€¢Â Use more natural foods, uncooked. These are healthy and give you lots of energy to keep you going throughout the day.

 â€¢Â Since you have been eating large amounts in the past, when you reduce, you will certainly feel hunger persisting. To balance this, you should drink plenty of water. As your stomach gets used to smaller quantities of food, the hunger will vanish.

 â€¢Â Honestly track the calorie intake.

 â€¢Â Even after being on diet for a few weeks, if you do not lose weight, consult your doctor whether you can opt for some weight loss tablets.

 â€¢Â Stop counting carbs. As a diabetic, you require moderate amount of carbohydrates so that the insulin levels are maintained properly. Do not opt for diets which are merely fad.

 Take medical advice on how much of carbohydrates should be there for a diabetic and ensure that your intake meets with this standard.
